What are the steps for degreasing cleaning of Sanitary Butterfly Valve?
1. Polish all parts, and no burrs or other impurities should be left on the surface;
2. Degrease all parts of the sanitary butterfly valve body;
3. After degreasing, pickle and passivate the butterfly valve with a phosphorus-free cleaning agent, and then rinse it with pure water several times. No chemicals should be left;
4. After cleaning, wipe each part with non-woven fabric or precision filter paper dipped in analytical pure alcohol to ensure the cleanliness of the surface of the parts.
