Specifically, the diaphragm is made of soft materials such as rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene plastic, which completely separates the control chamber of the valve from the fluid chamber. When an external control signal (such as pneumatic or hydraulic action) acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm will deform, thereby changing the opening degree of the valve and achieving precise control of the fluid flow. Once the control signal disappears, the diaphragm will return to its original position under the action of the reset force, blocking the fluid channel and closing the valve.

In addition, the diaphragm also has good elasticity and chemical stability, which can ensure close contact with the fluid chamber, form an effective seal, and prevent fluid leakage. Its chemical stability enables the diaphragm to adapt to media of different chemical properties and maintain good sealing performance within a certain temperature range.
