1. Choose stainless steel and food rubber to make steel parts and rubber, with high hygienic quality.

2. The valve body diameter is equal to the inner diameter of the pipeline. When opened, the narrow and streamlined valve plate is consistent with the direction of the fluid, with large flow and small resistance, and no material accumulation.

3. The rubber seal ring and valve plate of the butterfly valve are imported parts to ensure the performance and service life of the butterfly valve.

4. In order to prevent the performance of the butterfly valve from decreasing due to the replacement of rubber, a high-precision CNC lathe can be selected to fine-turn the valve body, so that the butterfly valve has reliable interchangeability.

5. In order to make the butterfly valve more flexible to open and close, the valve stem can be inlaid with a nylon sleeve to reduce friction.
