There are many types of Sanitary Valve, so the installation methods are also quite diverse. Therefore, we should pay attention to the following matters when installing various sanitary valves:

1. The piping of any sanitary valve must be accurate. If the position is not right, it cannot be forced to turn to avoid leaving stress;

2. Before using low-temperature sanitary valves, they must be opened and closed in a cold environment to ensure that they can work normally;

3. Large-sized sanitary gate valves and pneumatic sanitary regulating valves should be installed vertically to prevent the valve core from tilting and increasing the wear between the bushing;

4. The valve stem of the liquid valve should be configured to be at an angle of 10° with the horizontal plane to prevent the liquid from flowing out along the valve stem and causing various adverse effects;

5. After any sanitary valve is installed, open and close it again to ensure that there is no jamming.
