Sanitary Ball Valve Installation steps:
1. Remove the protective covers on both sides of the valve end and rinse and clean the ball valve body when it is open;
2. Before installing the sanitary ball valve, the whole machine should be tested according to the specified signal, and it can be installed online only after passing the test;
3. Before connecting the sanitary ball valve to the pipeline, the remaining impurities in the pipeline must be cleaned;
4. During installation, the actuator part of the ball valve cannot be used as a lifting point to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories;
5. The sanitary ball valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline;
6. The pipeline near the installation point of the sanitary ball valve cannot be drooped or subjected to external forces. It can be supported by the pipeline rack or support to solve the deviation of the pipeline;
7. After the ball valve is connected to the pipeline, the flange connection bolts must be tightened with the specified torque.

Opening process of sanitary ball valve:
1. In the closed position, the ball of the sanitary ball valve is pressed against the valve seat by the pressure of the valve stem;
2. When the hand wheel of the cast steel ball valve is turned counterclockwise, the movement direction of the valve stem is opposite to it, and the bottom angular plane of the cast steel ball valve causes the ball to disengage from the valve seat;
3. The valve stem continues to rise and interacts with the guide pin in the spiral groove of the valve stem, so that the ball begins to rotate without friction:
4. When it reaches the fully open position, the valve stem of the sanitary ball valve is lifted to a fixed position, and the ball will rotate to the fully open position.
