Sanitary Diaphragm Valve Degreasing and Cleaning Method Introduction

Valve parts must go through the following processes before assembly:

1. All parts of the sanitary diaphragm valve need to be polished, and there should be no processing burrs on the surface;

2. All parts of the sanitary diaphragm valve body are degreased;

3. After the sanitary diaphragm valve is degreased, it is pickled and passivated, and the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus; After the sanitary diaphragm valve is pickled and passivated, it is rinsed with pure water, and there should be no residual agent. Carbon steel parts can skip this step; wipe each part with non-woven cloth, and there should be no lint on the surface of the parts, or blow dry with clean nitrogen;

4. Wipe each part of the sanitary diaphragm valve with non-woven cloth or precision filter paper dipped in analytical pure alcohol until there is no dirty color.
