PTFE diaphragm: This diaphragm provides the highest possible chemical stability and longer high-temperature application life. PTFE is supported by a soft backing material, and the diaphragm includes two forms: double-piece and bonded seal.

Double-piece PTFE: For valves that need to be frequently switched, double-piece diaphragms are recommended, which can provide a longer service life than bonded diaphragms. When the valve is in the closed position, the spherical contours of the two pieces of PTFE can minimize the deformation force on the diaphragm. This design can minimize the closing force and significantly extend the service life of the diaphragm compared to the traditional two-piece diaphragm.
