The following is the production process of Sanitary Butterfly Valve:

1. Check the sanitary butterfly valves one by one to see if there are any defects, and pack the sanitary valves that meet the inspection standards.

2. Perform blank processing and sandblasting.

3. Prepare each standard element in proportion to 304 and 316 material standards, place them in high temperature to melt into liquid, and the working temperature must reach 1556℃.

4. Pour into the molded silica sol mold for casting and cool to form.

5. The end face and valve seat are finely processed by CNC machine tools, and the dimensional tolerance does not exceed 0.2mm.
