Sanitary Ball Valve F4 fully enclosed seal, no dead angle and easy to clean

Stainless steel sanitary pneumatic ball valves (vertical actuators) are all subject to precise inspection processes and strict quality management. During the processing, the flow channel is precisely polished and sterilized. Its structure is composed of three parts of the valve housing, which is formed by four longer bolts on the outside clamping the middle valve body and the valve ball from both ends. The sealing ring is fully enclosed and tightly wraps the valve ball, leaving no space and dead angle. The two ends are connected by clamps for easy disassembly, cleaning and maintenance. The working principle is also to drive the rotation of the ball through the 90-degree rotation of the pneumatic actuator to achieve the circulation and blocking of the medium.

The stainless steel sanitary pneumatic ball valve adopts a fully enclosed F4 seal, which has no dead angle and is easy to clean. The valve body of the sanitary pneumatic ball valve is made of stainless steel, and the inner wall of the flow channel is electronically polished with 0.5um (240Grit) to keep the fluid unobstructed. The fully enclosed PTFE used on the sealing surface has no dead angle to ensure hygiene.
