Possible Reasons Why The Sanitary Diaphragm Valve Ventilation Does Not Work
The possible reasons why the Sanitary Diaphragm Valve ventilation does not work are as follows:
During the process of inputting the gas source by the manufacturer of the sanitary diaphragm valve, it was found that there was no gas discharged from the exhaust hole, and the possible reason was that the exhaust hole was blocked by impurities. Then according to the possible reasons, the cylinder head was opened and it was found that there was indeed a phenomenon of foreign matter blocking. After investigation, it was found that the staff accidentally pushed the dust cover into the cylinder piston cavity during installation, thereby blocking the exhaust hole, resulting in the inability to discharge gas and the valve being unable to work. After discovering the cause of the fault, the dust cover was removed and the valve entered normal operation.
Through the above, when we install the sanitary diaphragm valve, we need to strictly follow the steps in the instructions to reduce the occurrence of similar faults.
