Sanitary Ball Valve is a commonly used valve instrument, mainly used for fluid regulation and control, and should be installed horizontally in the pipeline. In practical applications, if you want the pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve to have a longer service life, in addition to ensuring normal working conditions, maintaining a harmonious temperature/pressure ratio and reducing corrosion.

Pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valves are made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin (or processed profiles) through molding (or inlaying) on the inner wall of the pressure-bearing parts of steel or iron valves (the same method is also applicable to the lining of various pressure vessels and pipeline accessories) or the surface of valve internals. All kinds of valves and pressure vessels are made by applying their common performance in strong corrosion-resistant media.
Precautions for the use of pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valves are as follows: Before use, read the product instructions carefully. Use according to the pressure, temperature and medium specified in the instructions. Some media are unstable and easy to synthesize (such as the synthesis of some media will cause volume shrinkage and abnormal increase in working pressure), which will cause valve damage or leakage. Although pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valves have a sealing effect in design, it is not recommended to replace the packing under pressure. During the operation of the pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve, the fluorine plastic sealing surface is relatively soft, and the sealing surface is often damaged by the crystallization of the medium and solid particles, resulting in sealing leakage. If found, the seal should be repaired or replaced in time.
The lining material of the pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve is generally made of fluorine plastics such as FEP (F46) and PCTFE (F3), which are suitable for pipelines with corrosive media such as various concentrations of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, water and various organic acids, rotor pump strong acids, strong oxidants, etc. Pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valves are specially used to control corrosive or highly corrosive media. The inner cavity of the valve body is covered with various fluorine plastics, which have the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance.
