Professional Terminology For Sanitary Ball Valves
The professional terms of Sanitary Ball Valve are as follows:
1. Action performance and batch test: a test used to determine the action performance and actual discharge capacity of the sanitary ball valve pressure relief device.
2. Constant pressure test on the workbench: a test conducted on a pressurized system to determine the set pressure of the pressure relief device and the sealing of the closing parts.
3. Pressure relief device: a device used to prevent the internal medium pressure of the pressure vessel from rising to a predetermined high pressure when the pressure vessel is in an emergency or abnormal condition.
4. In-use test: when the sanitary ball valve pressure relief device is installed on the system and is protecting the system, it is tested by using the system pressure alone or in conjunction with an auxiliary opening device or other pressure source to determine some or all of its working characteristics.
