The structure of Sanitary Check Valve mainly includes key components such as valve body, valve disc (valve), spring (some types have) and so on.

‌Valve body‌: usually pipe flange type, threaded type, welded type, quick-install type or flange clamp type connection, the internal channel is the same as the inner diameter of the pipeline, and does not affect the pipeline flow when used. The valve body material is mostly made of imported SUS304, 316L and other stainless steel materials to meet the special requirements of various media in the food and biopharmaceutical fields.
‌Valve disc‌: also known as valve, it is the main component of the check valve. Its internal flow channel and channel are consistent with the direction of the fluid in the pipeline. When the fluid flows from one direction to the check valve, the valve disc opens immediately and passes through the pipeline normally; when the fluid direction is opposite, the valve disc is closed by reverse pressure to prevent the fluid from flowing back.
‌Spring‌ (some types have): Some sanitary check valves are equipped with springs to make the valve disc better seal during the closing process to ensure the sealing performance of the backflow valve.

In addition, sanitary check valves may also include some other auxiliary components, such as sealing rings, fixing columns, hinges, etc., to improve the sealing and installation efficiency of the equipment.

In general, the structural design of sanitary check valves is designed to ensure that the fluid can only flow in one direction, thereby preventing the fluid from flowing back, while meeting the special requirements of food, biopharmaceuticals and other fields.
