When the valve stem is in the upper position, the spherical diaphragm moves upward and downward, driving the valve core to bend the diaphragm, forcing the diaphragm to be close to the valve seat area, closing the path for the pipeline fluid.
3. The valve can be operated pneumatically or manually, and can also be controlled by an intelligent controller.

 Diaphragm valve installation:
1. Before installing the diaphragm valve, you should carefully check whether the operating conditions of the pipeline are consistent with the specified use range of the valve, and the inner cavity should be cleaned to prevent dirt from blocking or damaging the sealing parts.
2. Do not apply grease or grease on the surface of the lining layer and rubber diaphragm to prevent swelling of the rubber and affect the service life of the diaphragm valve.
3. Or the transmission mechanism is not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.
4. When operating the diaphragm valve, do not rely on auxiliary levers to prevent excessive torque from damaging the driving components or sealing parts.
5. The valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and stacking is strictly prohibited. The channels at both ends of the stock diaphragm valve must be sealed, and the opening and closing parts should be in a slightly open state.
