Then the question is, what kind of medium adaptability should the sanitary ball valve achieve?
Although the adaptability of gas medium is also some physical objects in the transportation of food or pharmaceutical types, gas transportation is also required under some special processing, and this also requires adaptation in this medium.
The main thing is liquid, because the current beverages or emulsions all need to use this medium for transportation, so this medium must also achieve good adaptability. In addition, steam and brewing industries often use it, so sanitary quick-install ball valves must also be adaptable in this medium.
The selection of sanitary quick-install ball valves can start from the following aspects:
1. Selection of valve core. The valve core needs to use a hard-sealed ball valve. It is recommended to use STL alloy or spray-welded tungsten carbide for the valve ball. If conditions permit, a hard-sealed eccentric frictionless ball valve can be selected.
2. Valve selection: You can choose two solenoid valves, one to control water inlet and the other to control water outlet. The two solenoid valves are of the type of normally open and normally closed. In this way, you can control them. The two valves can be installed at will and powered on or off at the same time, so that one valve can be opened and the other closed.
The installation process of the sanitary quick-install ball valve is as follows:

1. Rinse the sanitary quick-install ball valve in the *open state;

2. Before installing the quick-install ball valve, the whole machine should be tested according to the specified signal, and it can be installed online only after passing the test;

3. Before the quick-install ball valve is connected to the pipeline, the remaining impurities in the pipeline must be cleaned;

4. During installation, the actuator part of the ball valve cannot be used as a lifting point to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories;

5. The sanitary quick-install ball valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline;

6. The pipeline near the installation point of the sanitary quick-install ball valve cannot be drooped or subjected to external forces. Pipeline brackets or supports can be used to eliminate pipeline deviation;

7. After the ball valve is connected to the pipeline, the flange connection bolts must be cross-locked with the specified torque.
