Sanitary Ball Valve is a device used to control fluid flow, pressure and flow direction, and plays an important role in fluid delivery systems. And with the continuous development of the product, its role in daily use is becoming more and more important. It has gradually replaced other valve types, and this type of valve has more advantages.
Pneumatic high-platform ball valves can be closed tightly with only air rotation and very small torque. * The symmetrical inner cavity of the valve body provides a small resistance and straight flow channel for the medium. It is generally believed that ball valves are suitable for direct opening and closing, but recent developments have designed ball valves to have throttling and flow control functions. The key features of pneumatic high-platform ball valves are compact structure, easy operation and maintenance, suitable for common working media such as water, solvents, acids and natural gas, and also suitable for media with harsh working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene.
The body of pneumatic high-platform ball valves can be integral or combined. The execution speed of pneumatic actuators is relatively fast, and workers do not need to do it themselves, which saves human resources and time to a great extent. Pneumatic high-platform ball valves evolved from plug valves. It has the same rotational lifting action, but the difference is that the plug body is a sphere with a circular through hole or channel passing through its axis. The proportion of the spherical surface and the channel opening should be such that when the ball rotates 90 degrees, the spherical surface should appear completely at the inlet and outlet, and then the flow is cut off.
The pneumatic high platform ball valve only needs compressed air to enter the pneumatic actuator, and the air source drives the ball core to rotate 0-90 degrees and a very small torque to control the switch of the ball valve. The valve positioner can be installed according to the working conditions to control the opening of the ball valve core to adjust the medium flow. The ball rotates around the center line of the valve body to open, and there is a circular through hole or channel passing through its axis. When the ball center rotates to 90°; the valve is in a closed state. When the actuator is working, only a very small torque is required to close the valve tightly, so as to achieve the principle of rapid cut-off.
