Structure Of Sanitary Diaphragm Valve
Valve body: It is the main part of the Sanitary Diaphragm Valve, used to contain fluid and support the diaphragm.
Diaphragm: Made of soft materials such as rubber or plastic, it separates the inner cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover and plays a sealing role. The diaphragm is a wearing part and should be replaced regularly according to the characteristics of the medium.
Valve cover: It is connected to the valve body and is used to fix components such as the diaphragm and valve stem.
Valve stem: The up and down movement of the diaphragm is controlled by an external drive device (such as manual, electric or pneumatic device) to achieve control of the fluid.
