The difference between Sanitary Valve and industrial valves

Industrial valves are generally formulated according to the needs of use. They have a long service life and flexible operation methods under high temperature and high pressure working environments. The appearance and interior are not as smooth and beautiful as sanitary valves, but they cannot be replaced by sanitary valves in many places.

The closed combination valve seat sanitary ball valve mainly solves the problems of short service life and poor sealing performance of existing sanitary ball valves. It is characterized by: a groove is provided at the matching place between the valve seat and the valve body of the product, and an elastic member is provided in the groove of the product. One end of the elastic member of the product contacts the bottom surface of the groove, and the other end contacts the end face of the valve seat of the product. There is a gap between the valve seat and the valve body of the product so that the valve seat can move within a certain range. Since the ball valve is provided with an elastic component, the elastic component acts as a buffer to reduce the friction between the valve seat and the ball, and the elasticity generated by the elastic component itself does not affect the sealing performance between the valve seat and the ball, which can not only ensure good sealing performance but also reduce the degree of wear, effectively extending the service life of the product.

The sanitary ball valve of the sanitary valve series includes a spherical cavity that completely surrounds the sphere, with the radius of the spherical cavity being equal to the radius of the sphere, and the liquid-tight dynamic fit of the sphere is set therein. Since the sealing surface of the sanitary ball valve of this product completely wraps the sphere, there is no gap or space for the medium in the sphere to leak out when it is closed, and the medium will be sealed in the sphere until the next opening; in addition, when cleaning, you only need to pass clean water into the ball valve and open and close it several times to clean the residue in the valve, which is very convenient and suitable for use in occasions or industries with high hygiene requirements.
