Valves are closely related to people's daily lives. They can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive media. They are also indispensable components in various mechanical equipment such as internal combustion engines, steam engines, compressors, pumps, pneumatic transmission devices, hydraulic transmission devices, vehicles, ships and aircraft. Stainless steel angle seat valves are widely used in petroleum, chemical, light industry, food, medicine, environmental protection and other industries to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of the medium in industrial control systems. Stainless steel angle seat valves are pneumatically controlled and can be used in places without electricity, flammable and explosive. The starting air pressure is low, and low pressure can be used to control high pressure. The connecting rod and other parts are made of stainless steel and can be used for high temperature, highly corrosive liquids. The actuator part can rotate 360° and is easy to install.
The parts of Angle Seat Valve must be processed before assembly, including:
1. According to the processing requirements, some parts need to be polished, and there should be no processing burrs on the surface.
2. All parts are degreased.
3. After degreasing, pickling and passivation are performed, and the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus.

4. After pickling and purification, rinse with pure water. No residual reagents should be left. This step is omitted for carbon steel parts.

5. Wipe each component with non-woven cloth. No lint should remain on the surface of the component, or blow dry with clean nitrogen.

6. Wipe each component with non-woven cloth or precision filter paper dipped in analytical pure alcohol until there is no dirt.

The stainless steel angle seat valve adopts a unique fixed piston sealing technology, combined with a valve body cavity design that is more in line with fluid engineering. It is suitable for short-term frequent start-up conditions. It is a common pipeline switch in automatic control systems. It is widely used in various automatic mechanical equipment such as filling, printing and dyeing, bleaching, food, washing, chemical industry, water treatment, and medicine. It has the characteristics of no water hammer, no noise, and reliable sealing performance.

Single-acting and double-acting stainless steel angle seat valves:

1. Single-acting (the pneumatic head is usually one hole); working principle; according to the spring reset to achieve the opening and closing functions, it is divided into normally open type and normally closed type.
2. Double-acting (the pneumatic head usually has two holes); working principle: supply air to control its switch. (Double-acting plus spring reset can also be selected according to customer requirements.)

Stainless steel angle seat valves are widely used for short-term frequent start-ups. They are characterized by sensitive response and accurate action. When used with solenoid valves, pneumatic control can accurately control the flow of gas and liquid.
