Sanitary Diaphragm Valve is a valve commonly used in pipeline systems. It has the characteristics of no dead angle, no pollution, easy to clean, corrosion-resistant, and high density. It is suitable for the fields of medicine, food, beverage, chemical industry, etc.
1. Structure and working principle
The aseptic diaphragm valve is mainly composed of valve body, diaphragm, valve cover, handle and other parts. The diaphragm is directly used as a fluid isolation part and is made of elastic material. A closed space is formed inside the valve body and between the upstream and downstream of the diaphragm. The movement of the valve core is controlled by the handle, so that the deformation of the diaphragm can realize the opening and closing of the valve.
2. Features
(1) No pollution: A closed space is formed inside the valve body and between the upstream and downstream of the diaphragm to avoid direct contact between the fluid and the valve body, thereby avoiding secondary pollution.
(2) Easy to clean: The valve body and diaphragm materials of the aseptic diaphragm valve can withstand high-temperature and high-pressure steam cleaning. After cleaning, the valve can be quickly reset to ensure the continuity of the production process.
(3) Corrosion resistance: The aseptic diaphragm valve adopts a blocking design to avoid the accumulation of substances inside the valve and is not easily corroded.
(4) High density: As a fluid isolation component, the diaphragm has good sealing performance and can effectively prevent pipeline leakage.

3. Application fields

Aseptic diaphragm valves are widely used in high-purity fluid control in the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, chemical and other industries, and are particularly suitable for the transportation and control of materials that are easily oxidized, easily deteriorated and easily contaminated. At present, they have been widely used in the fields of biopharmaceuticals, food and beverages, high-purity chemicals, and microelectronics industries.

4. Maintenance

The diaphragm, valve stem, valve seat and other vulnerable parts of aseptic diaphragm valves need to be regularly inspected and replaced. During use, attention should be paid to the use environment and medium of the valve to avoid impact and vibration during the process. The valve sealing surface should be kept clean to avoid valve jamming and leakage. After long-term disuse, the inside of the valve should be cleaned and maintained to prevent medium crystallization and sulfide deposition in the valve.
