What are the differences between copper ball valve and Sanitary Ball Valve?

1. Different materials: They use different materials. The materials used in copper ball valves are mainly copper, and stainless steel sanitary ball valves are made of stainless steel.

Different corrosion resistance: Copper ball valves have better corrosion resistance than stainless steel ball valves, and the switch operation is smooth and labor-saving, and it is durable and leak-proof. Stainless steel will not produce corrosion, pitting, rust or wear, and is resistant to high temperatures. Generally, stainless steel is more expensive.

3. Different temperatures: Under the same pressure environment, if the medium temperature does not exceed 80 degrees, a stainless steel ball valve can be used. If the temperature exceeds 80 degrees, a copper ball valve must be used.

4. Different prices: The cost of copper ball valves is relatively expensive, and the cost of stainless steel sanitary ball valves is cheaper than copper ball valves.

5. Applicable materials are different: Stainless steel sanitary ball valves can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid gold and radioactive media; copper ball valves are suitable for general working media such as water, solvents, acids, and are also suitable for media with harsh working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene.
