The sanitation level is higher than that of a sanitary butterfly valve and a sanitary ball valve, and the natural cost is also high. The flow rate is less than that of a sanitary butterfly valve and a sanitary ball valve, and it is convenient to replace the diaphragm.

The sanitary ball valve is a PTFE sealing ring with corrosion resistance and heat resistance. The valve can be fully opened, has a large flow rate, is easy to operate, has a compact structure, is easy to maintain, and has a low cost.

The seal of the sanitary butterfly valve is EPDM rubber or silicone, and the temperature is 0-120°. It is used at room temperature and weakly acidic media. The sealing form is a soft seal.
