The installation requirements of electric fluorine-lined ball valves are as follows:
1. There is no principle requirement for the installation form of the electric device, but the motor is in a horizontal state and the electrical box cover is in a horizontal or vertical upward state. It is recommended to install it in a form that is conducive to lubrication, commissioning, maintenance and manual operation;
2. During installation, the space required for maintenance and inspection personnel to disassemble each component must be guaranteed;
3. The bolts connecting the fluorine-lined ball valve shall not be lower than grade 8.
4. When disassembly is required, first rotate the manual handwheel several times and proceed with the valve slightly open;
5. During installation, disassembly and commissioning, the sealing surface, seals and explosion-proof surface of explosion-proof electric equipment must not be damaged. Anti-rust oil should be applied on the explosion-proof surface, and the electrical cover should be tightly covered to prevent rain or moisture from entering.
6. The window cannot collide with hard objects.
7. The electric device is a short-time working system, and the continuous working time shall not exceed the time marked on the nameplate.
8. When the electric fluorine-lined ball valve is not in use, it should be regularly inspected, maintained and operated. It is recommended to be operated at least once a month, and the operating time shall not exceed 10 minutes.
