Third, even if the entire valve is pickled and passivated, scratches and other problems that occur during processing cannot be completely wiped off, and impurities such as carbon steel or splashes that adhere to the surface due to scratches or welding splashes cannot be removed, resulting in the presence of corrosive media and causing the valve to rust.

Fourth, pickling and passivation paste is not effective for cleaning sanitary valves, especially for the oxide scale produced by plasma cutting or flame cutting, which is particularly difficult to remove.
