What Issues Should Be Paid Attention To When Repairing Electric Sanitary Ball Valves?
What should we do if Sanitary Ball Valve fails? This issue is of great concern to users. The correct maintenance method is very important. The maintenance precautions are as follows:
Sanitary ball valve
The pressure before and after the ball valve must be removed before the ball valve can be disassembled and differentiated. When the ball valve body is reinstalled, the bolts need to be tightened symmetrically, gradually and evenly. The cleaning agent should be compatible with the rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts and working media in the ball valve. When the working medium is gas, gasoline (GB484-89) can be used to clean metal parts. Non-metallic parts are cleaned with pure water or alcohol.
The differentiated individual parts can be cleaned by immersion. Non-metallic parts should be removed from the cleaning agent immediately after cleaning and should not be soaked for a long time. After cleaning, the cleaning agent on the washed wall must be evaporated before installation, but it must not be left for a long time, otherwise it will rust and be contaminated by dust. New parts need to be cleaned before installation. Metal debris, fiber, grease dust and other impurities are not allowed during installation. This needs to be taken seriously, otherwise it will affect normal use.
