Sanitary Butterfly Valve Working Principle
◇The design of the metal sealing valve adopts the principle of three-eccentric structure, which utilizes the inherent cam effect and completely eliminates all friction between the valve seat and the sealing ring in the 90-degree stroke. The design of the rubber soft sealing butterfly valve adopts a single eccentric structure. Unlike the centerline soft seal, the valve seat and the sealing ring are quickly separated after the butterfly plate rotates about 20 degrees, thereby reducing friction. The butterfly plate of the butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, and the rotation angle is between 0° and 90°. When it rotates to 90°, the valve is fully open.
