Sanitary Sampling Valve In the closed state, the valve core is pushed by spring tension to press the sealing rubber head against the material inlet of the valve body to achieve sealing.
When sampling, steam or other sterilizing media is introduced to sterilize the sample chamber and sampling port, and then the valve core is relaxed through a handle or pneumatic device to allow the material to flow out and be collected.
After sampling, it is sealed again and clean water or sterilizing media is introduced for cleaning and preservation.
